A long time before us, these wonderful parcels of Burgundy were already known for giving the most expressive wines.
We respect this heritage and show humility and responsibility in our winemaking methods with the permanent aim of producing the best possible bottles.

Working the soil, caring for the vines and precise pruning to limit the yield are our main tools to guarantee a ripe and healthy harvest. This is how we make the terroir speak !
We proceed to winemaking with non-destemmed grapes only and carefully crush them ourselves, by feet,
just like our ancestors did.
After a light pressing, wines are briefly aged in French oak (no more than 10 months which is enough to domesticate tannins and complexity aromas to get elegant wines).
A delicate racking is the last step before wines get bottled and are jealously guarded in the winery

No matter where you are, in France or at the other side of the World, our wines are a ticket to ride. As burgundians say: “quand ça pinote” (litterally: when it’s pinoting in the glass) you feel complex aromas and elegant structure of the pinot noir which means you are in Burgundy.

Our 50 years old vines are located at the very heart of “Côte de Nuits” where the most iconic Burgundy red wines come from.
They are planted on an east-exposed hillside composed mainly of clay and limestone, on the first rank terroirs of Morey Saint Denis.
These are exclusively Pinot Noir variety to get the best reds, naturally.

Burgundy wines, dedicated to pleasure, are to be shared…
We suggest opening our bottles a while before serving them, at a cool but not cold temperature, in large glasses to let them show all their taste and fragrance.
